Das portugiesische Studio Bak Gordon Arquitectos hat ein Haus neben einem langen Swimmingpool in der portugiesischen Region Alentejo fertiggestellt. Der Pool, der entlang der Südwand des Hauses verläuft, war der Ausgangspunkt für den Entwurf der Casa Azul.
“Built in the vast territory of Alentejo, the house emerges from the figure of an extensive water tank attached to a wall, facing south,” sagte Bak Gordon Arquitectos. “It is as if it was a resonance box of the entire landscape.”

Revealed to the world in 1948, the Land-Rover not only revived the Rover Company’s fortunes in an austerity-riddled post-war period, but galvanized its future, thanks to the model’s almost immediate success.
With the manufacture of an initial 48 &;pre-production&; examples coming to a close, the first official production models were assembled &; starting with chassis 860001. As original factory records prove, this pivotal vehicle was destined for His Royal Highness King George VI, but the decision was made to postpone the presentation and instead, &;number one&; was retained by the factory until 1950, when it was registered JUE 477 before leaving Rover Company ownership. Die Architekten Olivier Ottevaere und Elsa Caetano von Double (O) Studio haben eine zweistöckige Betonresidenz in Portugal fertiggestellt, die von einem Pool auf dem Dach gekrönt ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Aroeira, einem Viertel südlich von Lissabon. Aufgrund ihrer Kleeform wurde sie als „Casa Trevo“ oder „Kleeblatthaus“ bezeichnet. Da sich das Anwesen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Atlantik befindet, erhält es das ganze Jahr über eine angenehme Brise und reichlich Sonnenschein.
